A bump in the road :-(

Well despite training hard this week I stayed the same. On reflection there was not enough superfree food. I have a hamstring injury which I need to rest. I will still train but will work on my core and my diet.
A friend told me last night that I was too eager.though I see where the're coming from, I believe that good things only come through focusing on ones goals.
I have a half marathon in 4 weeks which I will complete, and then I need to get this weight off.

When you're this focused and an injury happens, it can feel like the end of the world. I suppose you have to see it as a bump on the long road that is life.
