Well a good start to slimming world. Lost 5lbs this week. Feel like I'm turning a corner on the weight front. I know the first week loss is always good, but I'd like to see 2-3lbs on a weekly basis now.
Done 2 karate sessions this week, need to pound the streets this week. Got the Swansea bay 10k next week and the Bristol half marathon the week after. I do feel a lot fitter and my energy levels have gone up.
Gonna try something I heard on the radio the other day. Hugh fearnely whittling stall suggested that we try and put together 3 ingredients as that is how we do thing. I.e ham egg and chips etc. to make great combinations. I'm going to try to cook more this week. Things are good as I don't feel hungry and have broken the cycle of fatty foods.
There was a great motivator in class tonight and I am looking forward to putting my name on the weight board.
My weight loss now is about being slow and steady. I would love 3 stone off ready for my brown belt next march. Watch this space.
