Well, first week and I have lost 1 1/2 lbs and have started back running. Got another running session tomorrow and karate on Wednesday. Feeling like I'm getting back into it, but it's early days.
I would like to see more off this week. I need to up the fruit and veg this week, and stop the silly snacks. I'm giving myself a treat every night of a 100 cal bar.
I have entered the Bristol half marathon for the 30th sept. I am training towards getting under 3 hrs for a half marathon.
Need more sleep and perhaps some cross training, but feel its my time again.
